Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a licensed practical nurse II (LPN II) to maintain safe, therapeutic environments across designated medical homes. You will coordinate with the Medical Program Coordinator and RN, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support care plans.

The role includes providing education to staff, attending ISP/COS meetings, and ensuring accurate documentation. A $2,000 sign-on bonus and $26/hour rate are offered; flexibility in hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
• Minimum of 1 year clinically relevant experience; elderly or intellectually disabled population experience preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing procedures, first aid, and basic nursing principles; willingness to learn about related conditions.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a healthy, safe, and therapeutic environment for individuals served.
• Educate staff on health conditions and treatments; participate in staff education.
• Communicate with physicians and coordinate with RN and Medical Program Coordinator.
• Administer medications according to DIDS protocols and MAR; document accurately.
• Attend ISP and COS meetings; contribute to monthly summaries and health records.
• Ensure timely documentation, rotate reports, and support incident reporting and disposal of expired meds.
