Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct care at the client's home on weekends. This role focuses on patient-centered care, medication administration, and monitoring for changes in condition.

You will work in a supportive team with flexible weekend schedules, consistent hours, and ongoing training. Active LPN license and current BLS certification are required, with 1+ year of home care experience preferred.
