Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for homecare assignments in Lebanon, TN. You will provide direct patient care in clients' homes, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support personalized care plans across adult and pediatric cases.

Roles available full-time, part-time, and PRN with day, evening, and overnight shifts. Weekly pay, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and flexible scheduling options are offered to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of homecare or clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care in the home setting.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document administration.
• Support and implement individualized care plans.

• Lebanon: Mon-Thurs 7a-5p
