MGA Homecare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our homecare team in North Carolina. You will provide patient-focused care according to the plan of care and collaborate with physicians and other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

The position emphasizes medication administration, ongoing assessments, and thorough documentation to ensure high-quality patient records and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse license is required.
• Home Health Experience is preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required or current.

Responsabilités

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care to ensure accurate patient records.
