Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an experienced Homecare LPN to provide direct patient care in the home across Goshen and surrounding areas. This one-patient-at-a-time role offers stable hours and flexible scheduling.

You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications per orders, support individualized care plans, and document care while communicating with the healthcare team. Active LPN license and current BLS are required; home-based opportunities can include day, evening, and overnight

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).

  Requirements

  Required:

• Active LPN license
