Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Danville, KY is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home and school-based care for pediatric and/or adult patients. Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where you will practice.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care members and document actual/potential nursing diagnoses.
