Roles include PRN, part-time and full-time options, with day, evening, or overnight shifts depending on assignment. You will provide skilled nursing care at patients' homes, monitor conditions, administer treatments and medications, educate families, and collaborate with care teams.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (IA) or applicable state license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of home healthcare or nursing experience preferred.
