Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home patient care in Salem, OR. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support personalized care plans across pediatric and adult cases.

Various shifts are available to fit different schedules. Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license with current BLS certification and prefer 1+ year of homecare experience.
