Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide in-home, 1:1 nursing care in the Logan, WV area. You’ll join a team that emphasizes consistent assignments, a manageable pace, and meaningful support for patients and their families.

We offer high flexibility with full-time, part-time, and PRN positions across day, evening, and overnight shifts, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. Active LPN license and BLS are required, with orientation and ongoing clinical support.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the home

Required:

• Active LPN license
• Current BLS certification

Preferred:

• 1+ year of nursing experience
