Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide one-on-one home nursing care in the Jacksonville, FL area. The role offers stable assignments, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for full-time, part-time, and PRN work with day, evening, and overnight shifts.

The LPN will deliver direct patient care at patients' homes, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support care plans, with dedicated local clinical and office support.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (FL) required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
