Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to deliver 1:1 home-based nursing care for patients in their homes. You will provide direct patient care with consistent assignments, a manageable pace, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients and families.

Starting pay is $25-$30/hr with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and ongoing training. Active LPN license and current BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
