Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a full-time LPN Clinical Scheduler to support our Clarksville, TN home health team. The scheduler will coordinate visits for field clinicians, assist with administrative duties, and ensure timely communication with patients and providers.

Ideal candidates have an LPN license, CPR, and experience in home health or related healthcare administration. On-call coverage and strong organizational skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Must hold valid LPN license in state of practice and in the state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year clinical experience, preferably in home health.
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment, preferred.
• Home health and/or hospice experience.
• Sound knowledge of home care framework and operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
• Answers incoming calls from patients, staff, physician offices, referral sources, etc., and transfers to the appropriate person or department.
• Takes messages when needed and relays to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
• Selects appropriate clinician for patient assignment based on patient needs, location, and clinician skill.
• Maintains visit data in the electronic medical record.

Overview

Adoration Home Health is currently seeking a full time LPN Clinical Scheduler to support our location in Clarksville, TN. The ideal applicant will be an LPN experienced in home health (intermittent visits) nursing. The Clinical Scheduler / LPN will help support our field clinicians by scheduling their visits in the local community and will also assist with other administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
