Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified licensed nurse to administer skilled nursing services to patients in their homes in Beaumont, TX. You will educate patients and families and collaborate with the physician and care team to follow the plan of care.

Requirements include graduation from an approved program, an active RN license in Texas, and at least one year of nursing experience. Strong technology skills and CPR certification are also required to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).

Qualifications

Education and experience, preferred

• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from the regional vice president for operations or regional director.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
• Must possess CPR certification
