Qualifications

• Willingness to commute throughout Bergen & Hudson County.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one patient care to clients.
• Document patient care in electronic charts.
• Attend in-depth paid training and participate in simulations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers for patient care.
