Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed RN for in-field skilled nursing care in the Columbus, GA area. The role focuses on providing intermittent professional nursing services in patients’ homes and coordinating with families and health care teams.

The position requires an active nursing license, at least one year of nursing experience, and proficiency with mobile devices and basic technology. A driver license and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education; licensed in the state where practicing; at least 1 year of licensed nursing experience.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional care.
• Educate the patient, family, and other health care team members.
• Perform services in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care.
