Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes in Pittsburg, KS. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and coordinate with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

The position requires LPN licensure, valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and a couple of years in home health preferred. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the state.
• Valid driver’s license in state.
• Two years of LPN experience; home health preferred.
• Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis profile.

Responsabilidades

• Administer skilled nursing care under RN supervision.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
• Travel to clients’ homes to provide services.
