Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Wickenburg, AZ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to administer skilled nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse in clients' homes. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient and family, and referring agencies to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, an active LPN license, and CPR/Hepatitis status.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical/vocational nursing.
• Current state license as an LPN.
• Current State’s Driver’s License.
• Two years’ experience as an LPN, home health preferred.
• Proof of CPR and Hepatitis profile.

Responsibilities
