Job summary

Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Agency, LLC in Alafaya, FL is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes, including routine visits and assessment-related visits under RN direction with pay per visit or hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license is required.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience.
• Experience in home health or community-based nursing preferred.
• Ability to complete detailed, accurate clinical notes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine skilled nursing visits as ordered.
• Assist with patient assessments under RN direction where applicable.
• Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled interventions.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the supervising RN.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and treatment instructions.
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
