Sentara Home Care Services in Suffolk, VA is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time day shifts. The LPN provides basic nursing care under supervision and supports care plans for home-based patients. Active Virginia licensure and BLS are required, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience.

You’ll contribute to a compassionate care team, handle medication administration, and assist families with patient education in a demanding home-care setting.

• Active LPN license in Virginia.
