Qualifications

• Current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
• CPR professional certification.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home Health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care.
• Administering medications and oxygen as needed.
• Accurately documenting nursing actions and client communication.
• Coordinating supplies and medications.
• Ensuring all patient needs are met.
