Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed registered nurse to provide skilled nursing services in home-based care settings. You will educate patients, families, and the health care team and perform nursing duties according to the plan of care and physician orders.

Requires active RN license in the state of practice, at least one year of nursing experience, and basic technology skills including mobile device use. A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are also required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education and licensed in the practicing state.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed nurse.
• Basic technology skills including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services per physician orders and plan of care (POC).
• Teach and educate patient, family, and health care team members.
• Perform services in accordance with the POC and physician orders.

Responsibilities

Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education. Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice. Must have at least one year experience as a licensed nurse.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Education and experience, preferred

• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from the regional vice president for operations or regional director.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
• Must possess CPR certification
