Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to deliver in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in Naples, FL. The role emphasizes applying the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in home settings.

You will assess patient needs, administer prescribed treatments, and document findings while upholding safety and quality standards. A valid LPN license and current BLS are required, with TB/Chest X‑ray and one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Provide skilled nursing care per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
