Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team, delivering compassionate, high‑quality private duty care. You will travel to client homes, provide one‑on‑one nursing, and document care with accuracy. We offer flexible scheduling that fits your availability and weekly pay.

Eligible for a $1,200 nurse referral bonus and comprehensive benefits. Qualified candidates are licensed LPNs in the state, with graduation from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current LPN license in the applicable state.
• Eligibility to practice as an LPN in the state where you apply.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client home to provide private duty nursing care.
• Follow doctors' orders and document accurately.
• Perform client assessments and monitor conditions.
• Document observations, interventions and evaluations in the chart.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
