Job summary

Because We Care is seeking an experienced LPN to conduct supervisory visits in clients' homes or facilities in the Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. This PRN role pays per assessment and focuses on elderly and disabled clients.

Strong time management and compassionate care are essential. Responsibilities include in-home assessments, supervisory visits, medication reviews, and client education to improve quality of life, plus regulatory documentation and supervision of CNAs and PCAs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or LPN required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year home health preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Willingness to travel 100%.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home client assessments to determine support and clinical needs.
• Conduct scheduled supervisory visits to clients’ homes.
• Review medications and provide education to enhance quality of life.
• Maintain regulatory compliant documentation.

Because We Care is a non-medical home health care agency that needs an experienced LPN to complete supervisory visits in our client’s home or facility in the Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. You will be paid per assessment. Our clientele is primarily the elderly and disabled. We require our nursing staff to be compassionate, thoughtful, understanding, and attentive. Time management skills are essential. This position is strictly PRN.

The responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:

Duties for this role include performing in-home assessments of clients to determine their support and clinical needs and conducting scheduled supervisory visits to clients' homes;perform medication reviews; deliver education that will enhance the client’s quality of life; provide regulatory compliant documentation and conduct supervision of CNA's and PCA's.

Educational requirements:

Diploma / LPN

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Required)


• Home health: 1 year (Preferred)


• License/Certification:


• BLS/FA Certification (Required)


• LPN (Required)


• Willingness to travel:


• 100% (Required)

Work Location: Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
