Qualifications

• Current LPN license with the State Board of Nursing in Florida.
• Minimum one year experience as an LPN in a supervised setting.
• Proof of current physical/PPD.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine nursing duties including assistance with ADLs and IADLs.
• Provide client and caregiver health instruction.
• Notify RN or Clinical Director of any changes in client’s condition.
• Insert and irrigate tubes and Foley catheters as permitted.
• Administer oxygen and provide ventilator care.
• Supervise aides and other health care team members.
