Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington state for full-time day and evening/NOC shifts at our Meeker facility. The role includes working every other weekend, with a day and an evening shift option.

You will perform skilled nursing tasks within an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care in a long-term care setting. We offer opportunities for advancement, a 401(k) with company match, and vacation plus holidays and personal/sick leave

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active LPN license.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Deliver quality nursing care to patients with knowledge and competence.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Provide supervision and instruction to CNAs as needed.
