Job summary

Qualifications
- Unencumbered Iowa LPN license required.
- Prior LPN experience preferred.
- Strong team leadership and advocacy for residents.
- Ability to follow individual care plans and document care.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with nursing care per individual care plans.
- Administer medications as directed and monitor residents’ health.
- Act as a team leader within the clinical department.
- Advocate for residents and ensure safe, compassionate care.
