Job summary

Green Palms Health & Rehab of Wintersville is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide direct patient care, administer medications, record vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records. Qualifications

Ohio LPN licensure required.
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary nursing education preferred.
0 years of experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome).
Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including medications, vital signs, and chart updates.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Implement and monitor infection control measures for a safe environment.
