Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Gratiot, OH is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a not-for-profit integrated healthcare system. You will provide skilled direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision, support patient safety, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have 1 year LPN experience, CPR, IV certification for bedside roles, and strong medication administration skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of previous LPN experience.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong medication-administration skills and clinical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• IV certification required for bedside positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision.
• Obtain and accurately document patient measurements, observations, and clinical information.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to orders and policies.
• Monitor patients and promptly report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate effectively with RNs, physicians, and other caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and quality-care standards.
• Promote a respectful, compassionate environment for patients and families.
