Liberty Health Falcon, North Carolina, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the Golden Years Nursing Home. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will assist with nursing services, delegate tasks, observe patients, and notify physicians during emergencies to ensure high-quality geriatric care.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Applicants must be a high school graduate with an active NC LPN license, CPR certification, and a willingness to cover shifts as charge nurse

Qualifications

• CPR certified yearly.
• Ability to provide quality nursing care and follow doctors’ orders.
• Geriatric nursing interest and patient-focused.
• Willing to work as charge nurse during emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Assists in directing nursing services for unit, under RN supervision.
• Delegates duties and monitors performance under RN supervision.
• Observes patients for signs of adverse change and notifies physician.
• Implements changes in orders as instructed by physicians.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
