The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Elmhurst, NY is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide resident care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and educate families while coordinating with physicians and CNAs.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay options, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Current NY LPN license required; evening and night shifts available.

Formación

• Current LPN license in NY.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently.
• Willingness to perform functional therapeutic activities for residents.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs
