Job summary

Morgan Park Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to supervise nursing staff and deliver patient-centered care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. The role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

As an LPN, you will administer medications, transcribe orders, monitor patient conditions, and report changes to supervisors and families while upholding professional standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license (LPN).
• Ability to supervise nursing personnel and coordinate care.
• Competence in following physician orders and facility procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments timely and according to policy.
• Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders.
• Follow established procedure for charting and reporting all reports of incident/accidents.
• Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician and family.
• Serve as staff with direct care and supervision responsibility for nursing assistants.
