Solaris HealthCare North Naples is seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate care to our residents at 10949 Parnu St, Naples, FL 34109. This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening and weekend availability as part of the regular schedule.

Qualifications

• LPN license required by the State of Florida.
• CPR Certification required.
• Two years nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Following infection control, emergency and other center policies.
• Collaborating with the resident's interdisciplinary team to achieve best outcomes.
• Identifying and reporting changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy.
