Job summary
Life Care Centers of America seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team. You will deliver attentive nursing care, monitor patients, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to maintain excellent patient outcomes.
Daily duties include evaluating status and reporting changes to the care team. Graduation from an accredited LPN program and an active LPN/LVN license in good standing are required, with CPR completed on hire or during orientation.
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current during employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs on a daily basis.
