The Mansion at Brigham, located in Newburyport, MA, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide high-quality patient care for residents. This full-time role offers a collaborative environment with interdisciplinary teams and opportunities for professional development.

You will administer medications, assist with wound care, monitor vital signs, and help develop individualized care plans while maintaining patient privacy and documentation integrity.

Formación

• Massachusetts LPN licensure required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; assoc degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and patient privacy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care including medications administration, wound care, and vital sign checks.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and report patient progress to ensure safe and effective treatment outcomes.
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and treatment implementations.
