Sprenger Health Care is seeking a highly skilled LPN to join our Healthcare Team at Smithville Western Care Center in Wooster, OH. You will assess residents, administer medications, perform treatments, and provide support to residents and their families.

Must hold a current LPN license and CPR certification, with proven experience in clinical settings. We offer health, dental, vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, PTO and holiday pay, with opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Must hold a current and unrestricted LPN license issued by the state nursing board.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Proven experience as an LPN in various clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades
