Job summary

Wallick Communities is hiring an LPN to provide compassionate nursing care in our resident-centered community. You will collaborate with a care team to administer medications, document care, and respond to residents’ needs in a safe, at‑home environment.

The role requires an active LPN license, 1+ year experience, and a teamwork mindset to support our residents’ independence and well‑being.

Qualifications

• Valid and unencumbered state LPN license.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus; collaborative spirit essential.
• 1+ years of experience as an LPN.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you’ll deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents—ensuring they receive the best treatment in a safe, comfortable at‑home environment. Your day‑to‑day will include:

We’re looking for nurses with:

• Valid and un‑encumbered state Nursing License.
