Job summary

Opal Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse to provide direct nursing care and support health and safety across our assisted living communities. The rolepartners with the Wellness Director to maintain compassionate, efficient care and regulatory compliance.

As an RN or LPN in good standing, you will administer medications, monitor health, document changes, mentor caregiving staff, and uphold a culture of care, safety and respect for residents.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians’ orders and community protocols.
• Monitor and document resident health status and communicate any changes to the Wellness Director.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift or assist residents as needed, and respond effectively in emergency situations.
