Qualifications

• Active NE LPN license required.
• Graduate of accredited LPN program.
• Able to read, write, and communicate care documentation and instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on nursing care to residents
• Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well‑being
• Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
• Implement and evaluate care interventions
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff on individualized care plans
