Franciscan Manor in the United States is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care per each client’s plan of care, including health and psychosocial evaluations and ongoing monitoring of residents. The role emphasizes elder care within an assisted living or nursing home setting.
The candidate should have two years of LPN experience and an active LPN license, plus comfort handling multiple priorities, coordinating services, and working nights and weekends.
As an LPN, you will provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care to include comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the client’s condition, health promotion and prevention coordination of services.
