Johns Island Post Acute in Johns Island, SC is a 132-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility dedicated to compassionate care. We are looking for an LPN full-time to join a team that values residents, families, and colleagues. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, supervise CNAs, and help keep residents safe and comfortable.

We offer day and night shifts, benefits for full-time staff, and growth opportunities. Pay is $32–$37 per hour with shift diffs for nights and weekends.
