Job summary

Masonic Homes Kentucky is seeking an LPN or RN for weekend night shifts at Sam Swope Care Center on the Louisville campus. You’ll join a caring team focused on high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include supervising treatments, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering a range of nursing services for residents with diverse needs, including dementia and dialysis, in a setting that values professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky license as LPN or RN.
• 2 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience with team nursing and dementia/dialysis/IV meds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a team of nurses, medication aides, caregivers and other staff to provide care.
• Ensure clinical practices meet safety and nursing guidelines.
• Maintain documentation, medication administration, resident care, safety, and quality improvement.
• Provide care for residents with dementia, advanced wound care needs, dialysis, heart failure and IV medications.

You will oversee treatments and ensure compliance with prescribed therapies.
