Allina Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support clinic patients across Minnesota and western Wisconsin. This 1.0 FTE position covers four 10-hour shifts weekly with no weekend requirements, and includes a $2,000 starting bonus for eligible external talent.
The role involves bedside patient care, administering therapies, coordinating follow-ups, charting in the EMR, and collaborating with Providers to meet quality goals. Travel between West Region clinics may be required.

$2,000 starting bonus available for eligible external talent

4 10-hour shifts per week; we will do our best to provide a consistent day off, based on business needs

Specialty: Primary Care (Internal Medicine/Family Practice/Peds.)
Primarily floats to clinics within the West Region, including Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs
Position includes a float differential and mileage reimbursement
Principle Responsibilities
Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program
Two years clinic LPN experience
Light Work: Lifting weight up to 20 lbs. occasionally, up to 10 lbs. frequently
Pay Range: $24.62 to $33.74 per hour
The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
