Powers Health Medical Group is seeking an LPN Float – Clinic to support multiple Northwest Indiana office locations. This part-time role is 0.8 FTE with 64 hours per pay period, and requires the ability to float to all offices as requested.

Responsibilities include patient care under provider direction, assistance during visits, possible front desk duties, and phlebotomy where needed. Indiana LPN license and CPR certification are required, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse must be licensed in Indiana.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Under clinical direction, performs patient care services and procedures.
• Assists Provider with patient visits and may perform front desk duties.
• May perform phlebotomy and specimen collection as needed.
