Job summary

Benedictine is seeking an LPN (Float) to deliver quality care under RN supervision. Responsibilities include traveling to various facilities, initial data collection on residents, and applying Relationship Based Care principles.

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.

As an LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
