• Current unencumbered LPN license and continuing education for department competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision of a RN, APRN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with health care professionals to support residents' health and safety and respond to emergent situations.
