Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking LPNs in South Dakota for PRN, part-time or full-time contract roles across long-term care and assisted living settings. You will provide daily patient care, pass medications, perform wound care, check vitals, and support activities of daily living.

We offer weekly pay, health insurance for full-time status, and 24/7 on-call support with staff. Shifts include days, evenings, nights; 8-, 10-, or 12-hour options.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in SD or multi-state eligibility.
• Requires required certification/qualifications and associated standards.
• LPN experience highly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings.
• Assist with daily activities.
• Pass medications, give treatments, provide wound care.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals.
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment.
