Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an LPN to join our private duty nursing team in the Kennewick area. The role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered homecare for diverse cases, including pediatric and adult clients. Training and support are available to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based LPN care for patients in Kennewick and surrounding areas.
• Assist with activities of daily living as directed by care plans and nurses.
• Document patient care and coordinate with supervising clinicians.
