Responsibilities

• Assess and record patient symptoms and progress.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Assist in rehabilitation per physician's plan.
• Monitor patient status and report changes promptly.
• Coordinate care with nursing team and physicians.
• Document care provided in patient records.
