Job summary

EPIC Healthcare in New Jersey is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support daily patient care across shifts. The role includes vital signs monitoring, wound care, catheter insertions when needed, client histories, and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• LPN license valid in NJ.
• Prior LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day patient care.
• Monitor vital signs and overall patient condition.
• Change dressings or insert catheters as needed.
• Take patient histories and maintain documentation.
• Assist with tests or procedures as required.
• Provide personal care such as bathing and toileting.
• Report to Nursing Supervisor to ensure quality care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by unit leadership.
